الجودة والمنتجات

جميع الشنط مختارة بعناية لضمان الجودة العالية والمتانة.

قد يختلف لون المنتج قليلًا بسبب إضاءة التصوير أو إعدادات الشاشة.

الدفع

وسائل الدفع المتاحة: فيزا، ماستركارد، أبل باي.

لا نوفر خيار الدفع عند الاستلام أو التحويل البنكي.

يجب إتمام الدفع لتأكيد الطلب.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال

لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال لأي سبب، باستثناء حالة وجود عيب مصنعي مثبت.

في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب مرفقًا بالصور لإثبات العيب.

في حال ثبوت العيب، يتم تعويض العميل أو إرسال منتج بديل دون رسوم إضافية.

الضمان

نضمن أن المنتجات خالية من العيوب المصنعية لمدة [3 ايام] من تاريخ الشراء.

لا يشمل الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال.

Product colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting or screen settings.

Payment

Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay.

Cash on delivery and bank transfers are not available.

Payment must be completed to confirm the order.

Returns and Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are accepted for any reason, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

In case of a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, providing photos as proof.

If the defect is confirmed, the customer will be compensated or a replacement product will be sent at no extra charge.

Warranty

We guarantee that products are free from manufacturing defects for [warranty period] from the purchase date.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect.
